Pricing

From the moment we walk into a home we generally know what it is worth. We know the area and have many years of experience in the market. We know the neighborhood and/or property history and whether it will hold its value.

Repairs

With many old homes comes the process of requesting repairs. As your agent, I will be able to identify problems that you may not see, as well as recommend a home inspector who can provide a report on problems with the house. Requesting repairs can be a touchy subject that can make or break a deal. We will be able to advise you on the chances of getting these changes as well as how to navigate these waters to keep the deal alive.

Paperwork

The amount of paperwork associated with buying a home or property can be very overwhelming. With us on your side, we will pick over every last word to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Many times these offers and counteroffers are limited by a time frame so we make sure they get into the right hands on time.

Negotiating

 Not everyone is great at negotiating and trying to negotiate the sell of a home or property is on a whole other level. This is your potential home or property and trying to negotiate on your own can get overly emotional. Having a levelheaded agent to write the requests objectively and forward them to the seller saves you the trouble of getting overly emotional about the deal.

Closing

When a sale nears closing, all kinds of pitfalls can kill a deal. We know what to look for before it’s too late. We will coordinate with all parties to make sure everything runs smoothly from financing to the title company.
